Are we all really that racist?

It seems that we curenty have a racial problem that is raging out of control in America. The problem is that I dont see it. Yes, I read all the headlines, and I catch all the sound bites here and there from the media telling me about how racist this country is. To be clear from start, I am not a white man or woman, who seem to be the target of all the accusations. I am a middle aged man from a latino background that has had his fair share of bonifide racist remarks or names directed towards him.
